Highpoint Health Partners with Ascension Saint Thomas introduces Dr. Reyna Niner, a board-certified family medicine physician, to the Hartsville and Trousdale County community. Dr. Niner’s new clinic, Highpoint Family Wellness – Hartsville, is located at 109 River Street.
The clinic enhances access to primary care services in the Hartsville area. With special interests in routine prenatal, adult LGBTQIA+ health, and medically complex care, Dr. Niner also addresses the community’s most common health issues from head to toe. These services include women’s and men’s health, wellness and lifestyle counseling, contraception, migraine care, treatment of depression and anxiety, joint injections, skin biopsies, as well as endoscopies and diagnostic colonoscopies. Committed to getting to know the community and building lasting relationships, Dr. Niner is proud to provide holistic, trauma-informed, patient-centered preventative and primary care for all, including children. She is also fluent in both English and Spanish.
The doctor has experience in family medicine in a rural health setting, having done her residency training at North Colorado Family Medicine in Greeley, CO, and medical school and an internship year at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN.
In Dr. Niner’s spare time, Dr. Niner is dedicated to giving back to the community through mission work — both internationally in Panama and locally in Nashville. The doctor also enjoys dancing, particularly Latin-inspired dances like Merengue, and loves experiencing new cultures and cuisines. This passion for both medicine and culture reflects a holistic approach to healthcare, aiming to care for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
