GALLATIN, TN – December 8, 2025 – Dr. Logan Pittman and Tim O’Leary, PA-C have joined Highpoint Family Wellness - Gallatin with Ascension Saint Thomas. The clinic recently relocated in the same building to Suite 130. The changes in the clinic’s location and newly acquired providers reflect Highpoint Family Wellness - Gallatin’s commitment to provide easier access for patients.
Dr. Logan Pittman is a family medicine physician who takes a whole-person approach to care, helping patients feel their best at every stage of life. Dr. Pittman values listening to her patients and creating personalized care plans that fit their unique needs.
"During a clinic visit with me, you can expect to be treated with compassionate and comprehensive medical care," says Dr. Pittman. "I really enjoy getting to know my patients, so I don't want you to view this as coming into the clinic, and just being there a few minutes, a few times a year. Tim O’Leary, PA-C is a Certified Physician Assistant that specializes in Family Medicine, offering comprehensive care to patients in the Sumner County area. O’Leary is committed to delivering well-rounded care for patients of all ages and nurturing meaningful, lasting connections.
"I chose Highpoint Family Wellness because it allows me to get to a new population of patients. I used to work in Gallatin, and it's an exciting opportunity for me to get back here," says O’Leary.
